    SCHOOL TRIP IDEAS AT EXCURSIONS 2010
    New ideas for school outings can be found at the Excursions 2010 one-day group travel exhibition to be held at Alexandra Palace, North London on Saturday, 16 January (10.30am-4pm). Many of the 250 or so exhibitors will have information available for teachers seeking ideas for days out as well as educational resource packs and workshop study days.

    Amongst this year’s first time exhibitors is Highclere Castle, near Newbury, Berkshire which is offering primary schools and other students the opportunity to visit its Wonderful Things Egyptology exhibition as part of their National Curriculum studies.

    Other exhibitors offering resource packs include Banham Zoo, Suffolk; National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Hampshire; Finchcocks Musical Museum, Kent and Oxford Castle.
